DesignPresentation’s staff works closely with all clients to ensure that the final vectorized CAD files produced by DesignPresentation matches the requirements of the client project exactly. Upon receipt of drawings to be vectorized into CAD, Design Presentation closely studies the batch of the project and document with all its details and works closely with the client to ensure that all technical requirements are understood before proceeding with the drafting process. Before beginning a large conversion project, Design Presentation recommends that you send a pilot 10 – 20 documents, along with your specific layering standards, blocks, etc. for a pilot conversion. This allows us to work together to ensure that our conversions meet your specific standards before the actual conversion project begins.

Once you receive and review the final CAD files, Design Presentation follows-up to verify that the CAD files meet all of your specific project requirements. If any inconsistencies with the files are detected, Design Presentation rectifies the files immediately and send you the modified files.
